Born in Los Angeles, California to Joseph and Velma Reis, Loretta attended South Gate High School and completed her GED at ABC Adult School. Loretta lived most of her adult life in Los Angeles County, California.
Loretta enjoyed bowling, sewing and spending holidays and special occasions with her family.
Loretta is survived by her sisters - Bea Miller, Mary McDonald, Rosalie Brown, Margie Valdez and husband David, and Rita Prell and husband Michael.
She is also Survived by her five children Ken Martinez and wife Patti, Kathy Vale and husband Noe, Rick Martinez, Chris Martinez and wife Donna and Cyndi Mares and husband Rod.
Loretta is also survived by her 7 Grand Children, Nolan Parks and partner Eric, Melanie Spears and husband Aaron, Lauren Parks and partner Randy, Jenna Neal and husband Sean, Shawnna Penny and husband Ryan, Ashlynn Martinez, and Cheyenne Martinez.
Loretta also had 4 great-grand children; Jordan, Johnny, Jase and Kobe.
Her father and mother preceded her to heaven along with her sisters Joan Estavillo and Barbara Smith.
Memorial services will be held Saturday March 24, 2018 at Luyben Dilday Mortuary at 2:00 PM. Loretta will be interned at sea in a private ceremony.
