William H. Garrison, Jr. December 16, 1928 - November 10, 2015 Bill was born in Shreveport, LA and moved to California in 1953. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty of 62 years, son Jeff (Jeanne), daughter Lesley Donahue (Dick), grandchildren Joseph, Neal, Kelly, Nolan, and Brett. Son James Randall preceded him in death in 2012. Bill was retired from the City of Long Beach Harbor Department and Tidelands Oil Company where he was Vice President. Bill served in the U.S. Navy and was Captain in the Reserves. He loved to travel and spend time with his family and friends.
