Virginia Kapono
May 23, 1956 — July 7, 2023
Virginia Kapono, 67, long time resident of Long Beach California departed this realm peacefully on July 7, 2023 after waging a valiant 10 year battle against Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer.
Virgie, as she was affectionately known by her friends and family, is survived by her husband of 47 years Daniel Kapono, her daughter Melissa and son in law John, and her son Danny. She will be forever cherished and remembered by her two amazing grandchildren Taylor, Brayden and sister Rae Ann; and greatly missed by her grand-turtle Hurtle and grand-dog Kai Aloha.
