Born September 11, 1942 in California, the long-time Naples resident passed away peacefully on September 30, 2021.
Preceded in death by his parents: Herbert and Gladys (nee Kelsay) Rains along with his sister: Laura, "Vic" is survived by his loving wife: Gaila and his daughter, Lisa Marie. He is also survived by his brothers: James and Richard Rains.
