Timothy Patrick Jones

Tim is the second of three sons born to Pat and Jody Jones. He arrived in Westminster, California on November 22, 1966. He leaves behind his beloved wife, Caren Joy; his mother, Jody; and two brothers, James and Steve.

Tim’s father died when he was eight. He was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes at age ten. But that did not stop Tim.

Tim loved the ocean, surfing, his boat, fishing, and gardening. He was a master of roses…he truly had a green thumb. He loved his beloved dogs Duke, Kimo, Kona, and Jake.

When he lived and worked in Utah, Tim took up skiing. It wasn’t until his eyesight failed that he had to give up most hobbies except fishing. He had the patience of Job and would laugh at how long it would take him to tie a fishing knot.

Fifteen years ago, Tim met the love of his life, Caren Joy. It was a true miracle that God brought them together. Tim was so proud of all her accomplishments and blessed by her love. He was a good husband, supportive, caring, loving, and devoted.

Tim and eventually Caren spent the last twenty years of his life as caregivers for his adored grandfather, Syd Davis. Then he and Caren became his mother, Jody’s, caregivers.

Tim prided himself in his ability to make people laugh. That was his goal whenever he was around someone, no matter stranger or friend.

Tim was a very humble, kind, loving, and spiritual soul. He leaves behind a legion of devoted friends and family. Oh, how we shall miss our Tim.
