Theresa "Teri" Clare Rice

Theresa Clare Rice, known as” Teri,” was born on March 8 ^th , 1964, and passed away on August 5, 2022.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Charles, and two sons, Alexander and Matthew. Teri is also survived by her father Tom Prisk, her two brothers David and John, and two sisters Andrea and Cecilia.

During her childhood she had lived in various places including Newbury, Ohio and Torrance, California, and Long Beach, California. Teri graduated from St. Joseph’s High School in Lakewood, California in June of 1982. After having a couple of part-time jobs, she started working in retail in 1984, working her way up to the title of Area Manager with Mervyn’s. She ended her retail management career in 2018 as a Store Manager with Dollar Tree.

Beading and crafting were her hobbies that she really enjoyed. She was very creative and posted some of her creations on Pinterest.

Her two sons were the light of her life. She was very proud of them and considered it an achievement to have raised two sons that she was very proud of. Teri was also like a 2 ^nd mom to their friends as well. She was a very generous person. Teri would go above and beyond to help her friends or our sons' friends who needed help.

Her loss is incredibly sad, devastating and filled with heartbreak.  She is watching over us now and always will.
