Ted Phillip
Pflug
June 18, 1958 – May 7, 2026
Ted passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and simple joys that touched everyone who knew him.He is survived by his devoted wife, Vicki, his daughter Kelly and her husband Ivan, his son Nathan and his wife Jennifer, his beloved grandchildren Madeline, Andrew, and Reed. He is also survived by his brothers and sister, along with many dear friends whose lives he brightened.Ted found deep fulfillment in working with his hands and nurturing life. He loved planting seeds and watching them grow into strong trees. His garden was a source of pride and joy, where he grew a wide variety of vegetables and fruits each season. A skilled carpenter, he built beautiful furniture, pigeon cages, dog houses, and countless other creations that reflected his talent and care. He approached every project with patience and creativity, often turning simple materials into something wonderful and useful. He cherished the outdoors, especially camping and the quiet beauty of the desert. Mornings spent walking in the early light and sipping coffee brought him great contentment and peace. Ted had a gift for making friends wherever he went—his friendly, kind spirit drew people to him naturally. Above all, he loved life, loved God, and remained deeply grateful for every single day he was given.Ted’s warmth, generosity, and gentle strength will live on in the hearts of his family and all who were fortunate enough to know him. He will be remembered not only for the things he built and the gardens he grew, but for the love he planted in everyone around him.We love him and miss him dearly.
