It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stephannie (Shelly) Skeen Hass Lowe. Shelly and her twin sister Shawna were born in Long Beach, CA on April 17, 1959 to William Skeen and Lynn Tibbet Skeen Padfield. Shelly attended Lakewood High School where she played bass in the orchestra. As a young adult she worked for several banks. She later worked for Howell catering and as a bookkeeper. Shelly enjoyed spending her summers at the bay in Belmont Shores with family and friends. She enjoyed arts and crafts and was a wonderful cook. Shelly was preceded in passing by her mother, Lynn and twin sister, Shawna Skeen Corella. She is survived by her father, William Skeen; sister, Kristiane Jones; husband, Darrel Lowe; children, Laura Hass Masterson, James Hass and Shannon Hass, and grandson Landon Masterson. Shelly will be greatly missed but will live on in our hearts. A memorial service will be held October 29, 2016 at 11:30 am at Lakewood Village Community Church in the main sanctuary. Light refreshments will be served following the service.
