Sheila Diane Fifer

Our dearly loved wife, mother, grandma, and friend Sheila Fifer, 61, passed away on October 7, 2022 after a long battle with cancer.

Sheila was born on June 10,1961. She was raised by Judy and Dennis Barnes in Inglewood, California.

She is survived by her husband Carl Fifer, of 26 years, her children, Fawn Webb (William), Shannon Traxel (James), Jeffery Bell (Patricia), Paul West, Andrew Fifer, Mary Bryson (Spencer), her grandchildren Cierra, Blaine, Skylar, Cheaghan, Caidyn, Emma, Brooklyn, Jimmy, Summer, and Freya, her mother Judy Barnes, and her sister Raquel Auslender (Clyde). She was preceded in death by her father Dennis Barnes, and her in-laws Gloria, and Clyde Fifer.

Sheila was one of the most self-less, strongest, most courageous, bravest, and kindest women to ever walk this earth. Our family was blessed to have her as head of the family. In October of 1996 Sheila and Carl decided to blend their families. She was a wonderful and loving mother who gave her all to her family. We will never be able to fill the space or hole in our hearts left behind by her. Sheila was an avid animal lover, she enjoyed taking pictures of everyone and anything, was a wonderful cook, a great fan of Pokemon Go, she looked forward to going out to eat with friends and family, and she lived for taking care of her family.
