Scott Warren Cleveland passed away on 03/20/2022. At the age of 58, in his hometown of Long Beach, California. His battle with his medical issues in this pass year showed his courage in facing life challenges with a smile & a beer.

After high school, he was a driver for a fish company & then moved into construction for more than 20 years as a Concrete Foreman with CPS, Inc.

He loved camping in Carpinteria, CA, where his favorite brewery, Island Brewing Company is located; travelling on Cruises to Hawaii, Caribbean & Mexico. He loved going to Surf 'N' Suds Microbrew Festival & Avocado Festival in Carpinteria; his timeshare in Capistrano, CA, where he loved to go to Sunsets Bar & Grill, Olemeandi's, Pizza Port & Augistino's Restaurant. He & his good friends, Hugh Gideon and Paul Whittington worked/volunteered with SSRA (Super Stock Racing Association) as a flagman, referee or whatever the racing teams needed.

You always saw Scott in shorts. He hated wearing pants. He didn't even own a pair. One of his favorite things was the taste of beer. Never having the same kind twice in a row & no light beer. He always said "Life's to short for light beers.” He thinks they taste like water. Also, when he saw someone who had too many, he would say "I remember my first beer".

He is survived by his longtime partner, Roberta; his siblings, Vickie, Joel & Tammie; sister in law Cheryl; brother in laws Jeff & Mike.

Scott will be honored in a Celebration of Life at a future date.
