Rosemarie was born in El Paso, Texas and moved with her parents and baby brother to Los Angeles, California in 1942. She attended Audobon High School in Los Angeles and eloped at age 16. She moved to Belmont Shore in 1958 and remained a Long Beach resident and volunteer until her move to an assisted living home in Westminster in 2011. She was a member and served as president of Las Madrinas Guild of Long Beach Memorial Hospital, a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, and volunteered with the Campfire Girls and at the Bixby Rancho gardens. Rosemarie was predeceased by her husbands Marion Haas, Robert Boswell and Leonard Pobert. She is survived by her belived aunt Anita Chichotka, brother E. Alex Franco, brother-in-law Joe Vanderkooy, sister-in-law Delores Harden, son and daughter-in-law Gary and Marilyn Haas, daughter Angelique York, and grandchildren Daniel, Stephen, Christine Marie and Charlotte Rose York.
