Rose Marie Souza

R ose Marie (Abreu) Souza – it is with heavy hearts that we announce her passing on October 8, 2018. Rose was born Sept. 18, 1932 in Makawele, Kauai. She married Delbert Souza on Sept. 25, 1954 in Oahu, after the wedding they boarded a flight to the mainland and settled in Long Beach, Ca.

Preceded in death by daughter, Sharon and grandson Tanner. She is survived by her husband of sixty-four years Delbert, daughters Karen and Diane (Steve), grandson Damien (Rochelle), great grandchildren Ashley, Damien Jr, and Max and sisters Margaret, Catherine, and Edna.
