Interests / Hobbies / Pass Times:

    • Always behind the camera whether it was film or pictures.
    • Developing his own pictures in his darkroom in the house.
    • Recording & collecting movies (over 10,000+ including may hours of soft jazz & instrumental)
    • Watching any western movies, specially if John Wayne was a part of it
    • Traveling all over Mexico, specially if it meant him driving his Van with his babies (the 4 legged & furry ones)
    • In his younger years he loved fishing
    • Camping in Yosemite since he was very young, rafting in the river & teaching his family how to survive in the woods, specially if bears were around.
    • Rams fan but only when they were in L.A.
    • Spending all day with his honey (Maria) and babies doing nothing just relaxing in their backyard.listening to Tony Mottola.
    • Anything & everything that had to do with Trains since he worked for the BNSF Railroad for 44 years.
    • Taking long naps been surrounded by his pets.

Favorites:

    • Eating LOT"S of Ice cream & sneaking around trying to find something sweet when he knew he couldn't have any.
    • Eating Corn on the Cob , Watermelon, Bananas, Grapes & Cashews, which he would hide so his daughters wouldn't eat them all.
    • Eating Tamales from La Indiana in LA, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
    • Cocking his favorite recipes, like Spaghetti, Chilli Beans, Tacos & his grandmother's Cheese Enchiladas everything from scratch & don't you dare ask for the recipes they were a Very Yummy secret.
    • Listening to his music for hours & hours.
    • Drinking his coffee all day, specially Cappuccinos in Mexico
    • Watching T.V. all night, His favorite programs: Smallville, Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives & Sunday Football.
    • Browsing & buying on amazon for hours
    • Talking to all strangers from anywhere in Mexico even if they didn't speak English & they just agreed with him.
    • Hanging out & relaxing in his Hot Tub back from the 70's that looked like a barrel enough to cook you alive, specially when we used to throw plastic floating vegetables & then changing it to a more modern Jacuzzi with changing lights.

Expressions:

    • When he was mad, you knew it because that left eye brow went up & he would say "Oh for Pete's Sake, What Did You Do Now"
    • If something went wrong he would say "Dam It" & "Son of a Gun" and that was the length of his bad language since he HATED cause words, even the word Stupid whether it was in English or Spanish.

LOVED:

    • His family, pets, friends, music, movies, BIG LARGE SCREEN TV'S,  with very loud surround sound & was very proud of his wife, kids, achievements & his home, specially his backyard.
