Paul Michael Duffy Profile Photo

Paul was born in 1938 to John and Marguerite Duffy in Long Beach, CA. He graduated from St. Anthony’s High School (class of ’58) and from Cal State Long Beach. Paul proudly served in the United States Air Force and, following his passion for airplanes, he went on to work for Donald Douglas, McDonnell-Douglas, and Boeing Aircraft in Long Beach.

He was an active member of St. Cornelius parish and gave generously of his time throughout the community as a Boy Scout leader, a Eucharistic minister, and an all-around handyman. As a lifelong outdoorsman and traveler, he loved exploring the world and cherished the time spent camping in the mountains with family and friends. A true Engineer, Paul never met a technical challenge he wouldn’t take on and master. Above all, Paul was a dedicated family man and a true friend. His greatest joys were spending time with his family, friends, and helping others.

Paul will be deeply missed by Norma, his wife of 54 years, and his three children, Jim Duffy (& Joan), Kim Keelin (& John), and Steve, along with his six grandchildren, Clare, John and Daniel Duffy and Astra, Amanda, and Maureen Keelin. Paul is also survived by his younger brother Patrick Duffy, younger sister Teresa Duffy-Nour (Taibi) and many more family and friends who loved and will miss him.
