Patrick Smith unexpectedly passed away on Dec. 28 2023 at Long Beach Memorial Hospital at the age of 84. He was born May 3,1939 in Minneapolis Minn. He lived in Lakewood Calif for 54 Years. Pat is survived by his wife Elaine and sons Sean Patrick of DeKalb Texas and Tige Patrick of Palmyra Missouri. He has seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
