Nestor Plata Villacorta

Nestor would like to let you know that his work here is done. He received a call on September 11, 2018 at 10:14 AM for an offer he can’t refuse, for an appointment from which he will not be returning.

This assignment comes with a huge sign-on bonus, a reunion with friends he has not seen in a long time and to finally see his parents Exequiel and Laura (Papa and Mama) Villacorta, niece Agnes and of course Monali...

His new mission takes him to a wonderful place where he will be playing Sudoku and Mahjong to his heart’s content and enjoy casinos in all eternity. Karaoke where he will be singing Sinatra on repeat is assured, lots of laughter and love are guaranteed. Food is delicious and he can enjoy an All You Can Eat buffet of Lechon, Chicharon Bulaklak, Chinese Ham, Braised Short Ribs, Alimango and Alimasag, Craw Fish, Talaba, Chicken Wings, Siomai, Fried Dilis, Lukban Longganisa, Hopia Baboy and Munggo, Puto, Adobong Mani, Roasted Chestnuts, Strawberry Shake and of course Durian and never gain an ounce. He is in heaven or shall we say food heaven.

He is survived by his two daughters Sunshine and Issa,  sister Mimi and brother Sonny and his significant other Blanquita and her children Jojo and Joy.

He lived life to the fullest and he will be greatly missed.  As what Ol’ Blue Eyes would say.... “I did it my way...”
