Mary Lucille Riehl
June 15, 1933 — April 24, 2019
Mary Lucille Watson Collins Riehl, a resident of The Grove in Cerritos, was born on June 15, 1933 in Camden, South Carolina to Sidney Floyd Watson and Leila Mae Ghent Watson. She moved to California at the age of 19 where she lived most of her adult life, working and raising her six children.
She enjoyed traditional country music and southern gospel hymns. Mary was friendly, out going and hardly ever met a stranger. She was very fond of her many friends and acquaintances at The Grove.
On Wednesday, April 24, 2019, she passed peacefully on to eternity. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Francis Riehl. She is survived by her adult children, Margo Fowler, Fred Collins, Floyd Collins, Tony Collins, Bruce Collins, Rick Watson; step-sons Bill Riehl, Eddie Riehl and their spouses. There are numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren that lovingly called her "Granny Mary".
