Mary Suzanne Forrest

Mom, Mary or Sue (depending on when you knew her) was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on November 28, 1937. She grew up with her four sisters, went camping with the Girl Scouts, played trumpet in the Marching Band and sang in the church choir with her parents. Sue was one of the early United Airlines stewardesses based in New York and then Los Angeles and traveled the world. On July 30, 1966, Sue married Joseph H. Forrest and had four children, Monica, Bridget, Noel and Chris, who she raised in Santa Barbara, California. In 1983, she returned to work at United Airlines as a flight attendant and helped us and friends to travel the world. After retiring, she enjoyed being with her children, grandchildren and friends. Mom took care of others until she moved to Katella Senior Living in Los Alamitos, CA to be nearer to family so that they could take care of her in January, 2014. She has a great love of the Lord Jesus Christ and spent much time in prayer returning home to heaven on November 27, 2016.
