Marlene Dolores Volta
October 4, 1932 — May 19, 2017
Marlene Dolores Maringo was born October 4, 1932 in West Virginia. Due to the divorce of her parents she lived with her Grandmother. At 14 she went to Honolulu to be with her Mother. There she worked as a waitress . At 17 she moved to California to live with family. At Thrifty's in Pasadena, she met Alex Volta. They soon married and had two daughters.
Our Mom had a life long love of animals. She was raised on a farm and the farm always stayed in her heart.
She is survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Alex, her two daughters Anna Marie and Marlene, her grandchildren Bobby, Trevor and Karisa and her kitty, Sadie Sue.
