Maria Arlecia Restrepo
February 5, 1960 — August 28, 2023
Maria “Maruchita” Restrepo Noreña, Age 63, was welcomed into heaven on August 28th, 2023 to be with our heavenly Father. Maria was born on February 5th, 1960 in Granada Antioquia, Colombia. Daughter to Rosalina and Luis Santiago Noreña.
She is survived by her husband Rigoberto Restrepo, son Andres Restrepo and puppy Kobe, who loved her very much.
Maria and her son came to America in February, 1998, where she studied cosmetology at a beauty school in the city of Paramount, and worked at it for some years. She was a great cook, fashionista, music lover, but out of her many talents, her best was being a loving mother and dedicated wife.
On February of 2023 after 40 plus years of no contact with her only sister, Olga Cardona, Maria and her son traveled back to Colombia to be reunited. It was a beautiful miracle but also a bittersweet goodbye.
Maria will be forever loved by her family and friends, she will live on in our memories and in Gods grace for eternity.
