Predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Jerry Giordano, Margaret is survived by four children: Gerald Giordano and wife Gloria; Kathleen Giordano and husband James Lind; Peggy Giordano; Mary Giordano and husband Jim Specht. There are six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Margaret was a homemaker par excellance and a military wife who travelled extensively. She was an avid reader, enjoyed gardening, loved cooking for her family, and warmly welcomed and entertained family and friends--and once you crossed the thresh-hold of her home you became family.
Margaret was a member of the Los Alamitos Retired Officers Wives Club and served as president several times. She was also a member of St. Maria Goretti parish for many years prior to moving from Lakewood to Torrance.
Margaret will be remembered for her amazing zest for life and strong, spunky spirit and will be dearly missed by all who love her. . .and there are many..
