Leo Matthew Halligan Jr.

BMC Leo M. Halligan, Jr. was born on October 12, 1923 in Warrington, Florida. He married his wife Eileen on August 31, 1946 in Brooklyn, New York. They had 6 children, all boys. Leo joined the Navy on June 26, 1941. He served in 3 wars, World War II, Korea and Vietnam. He retired from the Navy on October 12, 1970. He went to work for the Anaheim Unified School district in 1970 and retired in 1990. Leo and Eileen had 6 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren.
