Kimberly Lynn Whistler Black

Kim is survived by her husband Steve and two children, Jeff Black, and Erica Bautista, daughter in law Catherine Black, and son in law Narciso Bautista. Three grandchildren, Elizabeth Black, Andrew Black and Zoe Bautista, and one sister, Debbie Swanson.

Kim and Steve recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary and as a retired librarian assistant, Kim loved a good book, hot cup of tea and spending time with family. As a young mother she enjoyed spending time at her children's school and was actively involved in PTA and the United Methodist Education Department and Youth Group. After retirement Kim enjoyed traveling and spending time exploring local restaurants.

Kim is preceded in death by her parents Mary and Bill Whistler.

Kim was loving, caring and selfless and will be greatly missed.
