Born, March 3. 1969, in Torrance, CA, Kevin passed away May 12, 2020, in Lakewood, CA, at 51 years old. He was the loving and hard-working son of Christopher Harper and Flavia Fraysure and stepfather Victor Fraysure.
Husband and best friend to Peggy Gibson, Kevin was the best father to Ashlee Rose, 31, Chelcee Suzanne, 28, and his baby Sydnee Ellen, 13, an awesome grandfather to Ryder James Paul, 10, Dustin Joseph, 8, Kaysn Christopher, 8, Laityn John, 5, Jaxtyn Mathew, 3, and Jonathan Michael, 6 weeks, sons Dillon and Addison and granddaughter Katin Harper, 2.
He will also be fondly remembered by his brother Kenny, sisters Julianne and Erin, stepbrothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many extended family and friends. Many hearts are truly empty without him. He will be loved always and forever.
