Kenneth Wesley Duke

Kenneth Wesley Duke was born December 27, 1932. He died peacefully in his home on January 30, 2016 with his family by his side.  He is survived by wife, Phyllis, three children, Laurene Montgomery, Long Beach, Lisa Albrecht, Yorba Linda and Steven Duke, Rossmoor, and step children Curtis Henry, Cypress, Catherine McWilliams, Colorado Springs and David Henry, Lakewood, seven grandchildren, five step grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.

Ken graduated from John Marshall High School 1951, served in the Navy Seabees in the Philippines for two years then was a fireman on the Gardena Fire Dept. for twenty-six years.  He was married to Gloria Paulson for thirty-eight years who preceded him in death in 1992, after which he was married to Phyllis Duke for twenty-two years.  He was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
