Joseph David Ahern
June 30, 1929 — September 26, 2023
Joseph David Ahern left this world to be with the Lord on September 26, 2023, at the age of 94 peacefully in his sleep. He will be sadly missed and will always hold a place in our hearts. His legacy will live on in the hearts and minds of everyone he befriended and interacted with.
He is preceded in death by his loving parents Harry and Alice, wife Susan Bundy-Ahern, and sister Anne Johnson. He is survived by his two sons David and William, grandchildren Matthew, Molly, Max, Jaxon and Cade, and great granddaughter Saige.
A service will be held to honor his life at All Souls Cemetery in Long Beach, CA on October 14, 2023 at 1:00 pm followed by a gathering to share stories of remembrance.
