John King Kopp

John King Kopp Jr. (67), of Lakewood California, passed away surrounded by family on 12/27/21 following a near 2 year battle with kidney cancer. John worked as a diesel mechanic for 20 years before retiring in October 2019.

John was a jack of all trades and shared his talents with anyone who asked and loved passing on knowledge to all who wanted to learn.  His greatest accomplishment was building a loving family.

John is survived by his wife Cheryl and leaves a legacy with 2 sons. Corey with his wife and 2 children, Brixton and Archer. Kevin and wife Gretchen. He also leaves behind 2 sisters Patricia and Lora.

John had a way of making everyone feel important, loved and appreciated. His wisdom, humor, and kindness will be missed by many.
