John Esparza passed away on July 5, 2018, peacefully in his sleep. John was 95 years old and it was only recently that his health declined. John is survived by his three adult children, John, Steve and Jackie. To say that John lived a long life would be an understatement. Aside from being a father to his children, his greatest achievement was his time in WWII. Anyone that knew John knew that he was full of amazing war stories, which he held close to his heart. John was also one of the most competitive people, and enjoyed playing pool, cards and ping pong with his grandsons. John was an amazing grandfather and great grandfather. He lit up when around family and found joy in the simplest of things.
When John lost his beloved wife, Mary in 2012, John's days grew longer and more alone. Since her passing, he has longed to reunite with Mary in heaven. It is with great sorrow that John has passed, however, it brings comfort to our hearts knowing that John and Mary have reunited and they are together with their beloved daughter, Joanne.

John will be greatly missed, never forgotten and he will continue to live through his survived family members.
