Jack Alan Colton passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family. He was born August 29, 1925 in San Francisco, CA. He became an accomplished dancer while growing up. After graduation from Galileo High School in San Francisco, he joined the US Navy and served in the Pacific. Upon discharge he was contacted by Warner Brothers Studios and signed a contract as a dancer for motion picture musicals. He had several supportive roles in movies such as "West Point Story", "Stars and Stripes Forever" and "She's Working Her Way Through College". At the same time he enrolled at the University of Southern California (USC), graduating with a degree in Marketing in 1952. His next career move was in the electronics industry as a sales representative and worked up to the position of Vice-President of Sales for "The Condon Company". He married Judith "Judy" McCann in 1968 who was the true love of his life. They enjoyed nearly 47 years of a very happy marriage. Jack and Judy traveled extensively and visited 71 countries. After leaving The Condon Company, He and Judy founded their very successful rental management company, Pacific Properties, which managed their rental properties. Jack loved to go to work every day at Pacific Properties and retired at the young age of 85. Survivors include his spouse Judy, children Scott Colton (Danise) Virginia Beach, VA, Diana McCann, Kirk (H. Lee Kirk - preceded) Long Beach, CA, Dan McCann (Janis) Ventura, CA, Ken McCann (Lori) South Carolina, Craig Colton and Bliss Colton Ong. He was survived by 14 Grand Children, 10 Great Grand Children, and 2 Great Great Grand Children. There will be a private celebration of his life in July.
