Hildegarde "Hildy" Saunders, 102, of Seal Beach, formerly of Inglewood, died April 25, 2015. Born in Milwaukee, WI, she married her High school sweetheart William J. Saunders in 1933. They moved to California in 1946. Hildy worked at Daniel Freeman Hospital for 14 years, retiring in 1983 as an administrative assistant. She was predeceased by her husband William J. in 1986 and her son Patrick W. in 1976. She is survived by 2 sons, Msgr. Douglas W. Saunders and Richard W. Saunders; 1 granddaughter, Bridgette (Rich) Jones and 1 great grandson Zackary. Funeral Mass Monday at 5 pm at Holy Family Leisure World Seal Beach with viewing Sunday 3 - 5 pm at mortuary.
