Herbert Fred Bramley was born on May 11,1922 in Salt Lake City, Utah. His family moved to Long Beach when he was 3 yrs old. He is survived by two daughters, Jeanne Work and Karen Zoellner, three grandchildren, David Kean, Jeff Work and Becky McCullah and four great grandchildren. Herb was a member of the Long Beach Fire Department for 31years. He co-founded the Long Beach Firemans' Credit Union and retired after 50 years of service. Herb also founded The Long Beach Fire Museum ln 1980. Herb was an active long time member of the Long Beach Model T Club. His wife, Wanda, predeceased him on May 9, 2016 after 74 years of marriage. Burial will be private, although a "celebration of life" memorial is planned in the near future. Time and location to be annouced.
