Henry John Horrilleno

Henry John Pamaran Horrilleno, commonly known as John, was born on April 2, 1954 in Cagayan de Oro, Mindanao, Philippines to Antonio Horrilleno and Lydia Pamaran as the fourth of seven children. He was the husband of Eileen Miranda Velasco and father to five children: Dino Horrilleno, Janree Horrilleno, Diane Horrilleno, Deborah Horrilleno, and Joshua Horrilleno. John was also a proud grandfather to six grandchildren and had one great grandchild.

John filled the lives of those around him with immense love, care, knowledge and kindness. He had a way of bringing people together, especially his family, and welcoming others into the family as well. He could find any reason to have a party or get together. All he wanted was to be surrounded by his loved ones to enjoy each other's company, share stories, laugh, and enjoy the spoils of delicious food.

John lived every moment of his life serving Jesus Christ. The great love he gave was always available for him to share because he loved and served Christ. John served as a leader and Treasurer for Paramount Alliance Church for over 15 years, was a founding member of the Gospel Philippine Chorale (GPC), and continued his service with the Alliance Bible Church (ABC) until his passing. John was passionate about the Word of God and supported multiple missions in the Philippines that focused on spreading the Gospel. One of the last missions he supported helped build a church in the southern islands of the Philippines!

John will be greatly missed by his family but they are so proud of him in knowing he lived a purpose driven life and is now in the eternal presence of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
