Helen Forbes Giambastiani

Helen Giambastiani, 89, passed away on July 27 in Long Beach. The daughter of Scottish immigrants, Helen was born and raised in Oakland before moving to San Lorenzo, Vacaville, and Lincoln. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Rollet; by her sister, Beverly Norris of Rocklin; by her daughter, Linda Bradford (Chris) of Long Beach; and by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Helen is best remembered for her open home, generosity and immutable frankness. Services will be held at 11 AM on Aug 8 at Mountain View Cemetery’s Tower Chapel in Oakland.
