Gustavo Morentin Rosales was born May 17th 1962 in Colima, Mexico. He passed away Friday August 3rd 2018. He is survived by his 4 children: Fabiola, Olga Ivette, Gustavo and Alejandro who he raised together with Adriana his first love, whom he met and married in Colima. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren: Yvette, Leonardo, Jr., Nathan, Sir Bronson, and his brother Enrique Morentin.
Gustavo was employed as a supervisor for 27 years at Precision Wire Products, Inc. He was a hardworking, dedicated man who started his morning sometimes as early as 3:00am. He was known as a responsible provider and a determined individual. Raising his 4 children, Gustavo was a supportive father who loved and cared for his family. One of the ways he connected with his children was through soccer, which he had such a passion for, not only as a teammate but also as a coach and referee. His favorite team was Cruz Azul. Gustavo also enjoyed quality time with his family by going on vacations such as camping in Big Bear, the beach or Tijuana. Family movie night was a Morentin tradition where they enjoyed food, laughter and just being together as as family. We will always remember those wonderful memories we created together.
With honor and respect until we meet again, we love you and we will miss you; you will always be in our hearts Dad.
A special thank you to the staff at Luyben Dilday Mortuary for their accommodating and understanding spirit during this difficult time. Family Morentin would like to extend their sincerest gratitude towards all family, friends and Precision Wire Product Inc. for their care and support.
