Gloria Marie Solheim

Gloria Marie Solheim was born in Hollywood, California to Lester and Betty (nee Davis) Solheim on May 1, 1945. She grew up in Long Beach, Boulder, Colorado and in Fullerton.

The long-time Long Beach resident was a high school graduate, college graduate and earned her Masters Degree from Biola University in Religious studies.

Her aunts and uncles helped her father raise her and when they needed care because of failing health and illness, Gloria quit working to help them. She was their caregiver until they had all passed away.

Gloria was a cancer survivor. She also lived through a broken neck and the resulting surgery.

Gloria was a caregiver, poet, an artist and a lover of color. She loved her family and friends. She loved the Lord.
