George was a man who worked hard to support his family. He was always there when you needed him and he wouldn't hesitate to help however he could. He was a very stubborn man but very loving. He loved BBQing with his family, Guns, Knives, and his coins. When he found out about his illness he was sad about his time with his family would be cut short but he accepted it so bravely. He fought so hard for so long to stay with us, he kept his strength and witty personality up. He was still able to walk around, crack jokes, and give us the side eye when we asked if he wanted help with something up till the day he passed. We were able to spend one last birthday with him on Tuesday, which meant a lot to the family. He passed peacefully and wasn't in pain and for that we are thankful. Thankful for his peace and thankful for all the love and memories he gave us. Even today as he is gone, we can feel him here with us.
