Ellen peacefully passed away on September 9, 2016 surrounded by her loved ones.
She was born to Victor and Phyllis Osoteo in Seattle, WA where she grew up with her 7 younger siblings. After graduating High School, she moved to Southern California where she began her studies in Classical Languages at Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles.
She was preceded in death by her husband Walter of 30 years. Ellen is survived by her 6 children Maurice, Walter, Adrianna, Joel, Kirstan and Juliana.
She was a loving and caring mother, a kind and generous friend who will be missed by all.
