Born, Elizabeth Cecilia Evans on May 18th, 1969 at St. Frances hospital in Lynwood, California to Daidra and Thomas Evans, was born prematurely only weighing 4 pounds. She was so small at birth her father was said to be able to hold her in the palm of one hand. As a child, she and her father could be seen spending hours playing dominos and card games together.
Elizabeth spoke fluent Spanish and worked as a professional Banker for Bank of America before retiring to stay at home to raise her twin boys. She graduated in 1987 from Pius X Catholic High School in Downey, California. Elizabeth received a certificate in field of Optometry Technology from Corinthian College and continued her studies at El Camino College. She was recognized for her scholastic achievements with a scholarship to continue her education and she continuously made the honor roll. Elizabeth spent her days caring for her two youngest children with special needs and during her free time she competed playing Xbox games Black Ops Call of Duty and Ghost where she was a staff sergeant in the Black Ops gaming community. She was a breath of fresh air and valued family gatherings and being actively present in the lives of all whom she loved.
Her beautiful life will be cherished forever by her family and friends. Elizabeth is survived by her mother Pearl Evans, brothers Thomas, Joseph, and Armand Evans, sister Teresa Evans Wilson, partner Nicholas Jennings, twin sons Thomas and Ryan Jennings & daughter Lauren Tate. Grandchildren: Jayden, Bryce, Marnise, Lily, Kaitlyn and Celeste. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her father Thomas Evans who passed in September 2002.
