Elaine Marie DeBilzan, 83, passed away peacefully of natural causes on October 1, 2026, in San Pedro, California.  She was a devoted mother, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who knew her.

Elaine was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles DeBilzan; her brother, Edward Lopez; and her sister, Gloria Martinez.

She is survived by her children, Renee DeBilzan, David DeBilzan, John DeBilzan, and Michelle Landucci; her brothers, Jack Carbajal and Danny Carbajal; and many dear friends, extended family members, and her beloved dog Charley.

Service celebrating the life of Elaine will be held on November 21st.
