Cristina Sileap Meas
June 5, 1955 — July 1, 2017
Born on June 5, 1955 in Prey Veng, Cambodia. Her mother was Gim Long and her father was Cham Meas. She was the 5th child of her siblings. She had 3 brothers and 3 sisters. She is married to Stanley Pheng Sok for almost 40 years.
Cristina had her first daughter, Kimmeng, in Thailand and then she migrated to Long Beach on July 2nd, 1987. From there she had four other children: Steven, Robert, Johnny, and Stephanie.
On July 1, 2017 at 11:19 pm she passed away due to multi-organ failure. Cristina lived a peaceful life as a wife, mother, grandmother, sister and auntie. She made sure she treated people with kindness and warm hospitality. Nobody who visited her house was allowed to leave hungry!
She will be missed by many and she was also loved by everybody.
Even though she had to leave so young, she remains in the heart of those she encountered.
