Christopher King Loveland "Kip"

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Christopher Loveland on August 11th, 2023. Kip departed from us and this world peacefully in his sleep, next to his loving wife RaNae Loveland. We are grateful that the last days shared he was surrounded by family and many who loved him immensely. We believe he was welcomed with open arms and happily reunited with our Father in Heaven, along with his mother Delores Taylor and father Jerry Loveland.

Kip touched many lives while on earth. His memories will live on and be kept in our hearts forever. Kip was born in Ogden, Weber County, Utah. He lived in England as a child and later Oahu, Hawaii. He developed a heartfelt love for the islands. Kip served a mission for the The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Uruguay/Paraguay.  He earned a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University in social work. He worked as a caretaker for special needs adults and as a substitute teacher.

Kip was passionate about writing. He loved poetry and music. He loved comedy and telling jokes. A notable trait he was known for was his humor. He loved laughter and all things funny. He was at his best when telling a joke or enjoying a funny movie.

Kip and RaNae raised four beautiful girls - Eva, Jessie, Julie & Emily. Just before the eldests daughter left for college they vacationed to Hawaii and Kip shared his love of Hawaii with his daughters. Kip was a devoted husband and father and will be missed dearly.

In honor of Kip Loveland, we are holding a funeral service and a Celebration of Life Luau. We invite anyone who knew him to attend and to remember his wonderful life.
