Charles Willard Lineberger

Charles W. Lineberger October 13, 1944 - January 15, 2018 Charles "Chuck" Willard Lineberger was born on October 13th, 1944 at Seaside Hospital, now known as Long Beach Memorial Hospital. Chuck was the eldest son of Jim and Dottie Lineberger. He had three siblings: Jim, Steve, and the late Susan Cowitz. Chuck is survived by his wife Jill, daughter Kelly, son Brian, daughter-in-law Melanie, and three grandchildren: Penny, Kelsey, and Cora Lineberger. He was a devoted husband, an amazing father, and most recently a proud grandfather. He grew up in Long Beach and graduated from CSULB with a Masters degree in finance. Chuck was a stockbroker for 47 years in the city of Long Beach and was ranked as one of the top 10 brokers in the nation. He was involved at Long Beach Memorial Hospital for over 20 years, including being a member of several committees before becoming Chairman. He was active in philanthropy throughout the city of Long Beach, including: Rotary Club, Gyro Club, SAE Fraternity, and Century Club.
