Ceasar Del-Rio

February 14, 1955 – January 26, 2025

Ceasar Del-Rio was a loving husband, father of 5, and grandfather of 6.  He held on firmly to his strong Christian beliefs for all of his nearly 70 years.  While his early life may have been complicated, he remained focused on a very specific goal through his whole life…he wanted to have a big family which was full of love.

He undoubtedly accomplished that goal.  He worked hard to make sure that his wife Linda and 5 children, Michael, Christopher, Cheryl, Cari, and Elise all knew they were loved.  All he wanted in return was to know that his kids and grandkids were safe and happy.  He passed knowing that all those goals were met.

Ceasar loved when the whole family spent time together, regardless of the reason.  He was at his happiest when surrounded by family and immersed in good music while playing his Martin Guitar.  He loved Rock, Country, and Folk music…anything that would allow him to strum along on his guitar.  Even in those settings, he was ready for anything.   A fun fact about him is you would never find him without his flashlights, multitools, knives, survival equipment, and safety gear.  He was always prepared for the unknown.

When you remove the guitar and the every-day-carry equipment, at his core he was an Artist.  He painted using many mediums, but his favorite was oil paint on canvas.  Through his art, he was able to fully express his emotions, feelings, and experiences.  Whether light or heavy, easy or challenging, to anyone who knows what they’re looking at, his pieces of art are nothing short of masterpieces. His paintings convey the depth of a man who will be greatly missed.

Through all of his contributions it’s easy to see that he left this world a better place than the way he found it.  While his time with us may be over, his impact and legacy will live well into the future through his family and his art.

Ceasar Del-Rio, may you rest in peace.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations to help cover final expenses.
