Bruce Cady Hungerford

Bruce Cady Hungerford, 74, of Long Beach, California, passed away on July 15, 2024.
Bruce was preceded in death by his parents, Mary and Willard Hungerford. He is survived by his wife; his sons, Taylor, Trevor, Chase, and Spencer; their wives; six grandchildren; and a host of loving friends and relatives.
Bruce's passion for soccer and dedication to maintaining the Heartwell Park fields was well-known. He enjoyed playing soccer and devoted countless hours to coaching his boys and Long Beach youth.
A celebration of Bruce's life will be held on Sunday, August 4th, from 4-6ish at Heartwell Park, Long Beach, CA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Long Beach Community Partners of Parks in his honor.
