In 1997 Amy graduated with her Bachelors in Elementary Education from Southern Utah University.

After her graduation from Southern Utah University, Amy relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada where she started her family. Amy loved being a homemaker and took great pride in making a home built on Christian values, love and fun. Amy and her family moved to Pleasant Grove, Utah in 2011 where Amy worked in preschool teaching early education concepts, raising her children and volunteering at church.

Amy moved to Ontario, California in 2017 where she worked as an educator for the Ontario Montclair School District. Amy was kindly revered by all that she worked with and many commented on her sweet personality. When school was out for the summer, Amy enjoyed teaching swimming lessons.

Amy’s sensitivity and gentleness was a strength in both her work and in her everyday life. Amy had the ability to connect with people and make them feel valued and loved.

Amy loved her Heavenly Father and Savior Jesus Christ. She was a shining example to all she came in contact with.

With gentleness in her heart, Amy lived her life touching the lives of those she came in contact with. She rose to many challenges and met them head on. She dreamed big to move her life forward and at times she sacrificed much. More than anything, Amy loved. She loved unconditionally, loved without judgment, and she loved with pureness of heart.

May her beautiful gentle spirit grace the heavens and watch over all those that love her.
